Kilian Precision Bearing Assemblies for X-Ray Table
A major medical imaging equipment manufacturer needed a cost-effective bearing solution for use on a new X-ray machine. Sets of bearings allow the patient table to move back and forth for accurate positioning of the patient under the overhead scanner.
To meet the OEM requirements, Kilian engineers designed a double row, ball bearing cam follower. The assemblies ride in aluminum tracks that allow the patient table to glide smoothly and quietly. The bearings are constructed of 303 stainless steel for optimum corrosion resistance. Units are shielded to protect against dust and dirt.
