Visit Warner Electric and Bauer Gear Motor BrauBeviale 2015: Hall 4, Stand 408
BrauBeviale takes place between 10th-12th November, 2015, at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, Germany.
BrauBeviale is one of Europe’s leading exhibitions to focus on the drink production industry. Every year upward of 37,000 visitors attend to learn about the latest trends and developments in the production process of all types of beverage. This year sister brands, Warner Electric and Bauer Gear Motor, will be exhibiting their products, which are designed to operate reliably and efficiently within the harsh environmental conditions found within the industry.
As part of Altra Industrial Motion, a leading global designer and manufacturer of quality power transmission and motion control products, both Warner Electric and Bauer Gear Motor are well known within their sectors for producing products of the highest quality and offering a worldwide support network which ensures customers and end-users benefit from efficient and reliable operation anywhere in the world.
For bottling operations Warner Electric offers a wide range of capping clutches designed to provide a consistent application of torque, which drastically increases the cap removal torque accuracy. The capping clutches are designed to operate in hygiene critical and aseptic environments, manufactured from stainless steel and completely sealed to prevent any fluid ingress during washdowns and any water projection at machine restart. The smooth torque delivery eliminates bottle damage from kicker fingers and headsets are easy to install - integrating with most standard capping machines.
Bauer Gear Motor will also be at the show to promote its range of BK17 gear motors. The flexible design is available as standard with IP65 protection but can also be delivered with a specialised aseptic coating for hygiene critical applications, or with stainless steel construction which protects against mechanical stress and is also suitable for operation in washdown areas.
Bauer is able to integrate different motor technologies into the design, including its super-premium efficiency, Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which meets all aspects of EN 50598-2 and offers a proven saving of over 30% under partial load when compared to standard asynchronous motors.
Both Warner Electric and Bauer Gear Motor sales engineers will be available at the show to answer questions about their products and offer advice specific to individual applications.
